Caregiver - Private Duty

About the role

Innovative Home Services (IHS) at Freedom Village at Brandywine is a private-duty home-care provider on a beautiful, upscale campus. We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and energetic Companions/Caregivers/Homemakers to deliver one-on-one light housekeeping and companion services tailored to the needs of our residents, seven days a week.

Responsibilities

• Personal care assistance (showers, dressing, grooming)
• Shopping and errands
• Companionship
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying)
• Transportation to medical appointments

Requirements

• Current HHA certificate
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to read, follow written instructions, and document services
• Self-directed; able to work with minimal supervision
• Kind, reliable, and compassionate

Previous HHA or companion experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Flexible, “as-needed” shifts based on your availability, up to 20+ hours per week. All clients reside on-site, so no travel between locations is required.
