Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $18 – $21 based on experience. Pay is issued every two weeks, with same‑day pay available if needed.

Schedule

Full‑time, part‑time, or flexible hours to fit your life. Guaranteed 30–40 hours per week for interested caregivers. Shifts include day, evening, and some night‑on‑call (NOC) shifts, with a consistent weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in their homes with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Help clients use the bathroom and move safely between chairs, walkers, etc.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping such as vacuuming
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer warm, steady companionship and sit with clients as needed
• Support clients with dementia, post‑surgery recovery, or general daily living needs
• Match with clients that align with your experience and comfort level
• Show up reliably and notice changes in clients’ condition

Requirements

• At least six months of hands‑on caregiving experience (paid work or family caregiving)
• California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to obtain it (the agency will guide you)
• Current TB clearance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Comfort with hands‑on personal care
