Caregiver PM
About the role
Inspired by the mission and values of Ivy Park at Escondido, the Care Provider (Evening) plays a vital role in enhancing the independence and quality of life for residents.
Responsibilities
- Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
- Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
- Report any observed or suspected resident changes of condition to a supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, adhering to established safety standards.
- Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with colleagues and other departments.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs
- Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be willing to comply with Oakmont Management Group's policies regarding vaccinations, daily screenings, surveillance testing, and wearing PPE to prevent the spread of communicable diseases

Pay
Starting at $17.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
PM | Tuesday through Saturday | 2:00pm to 10:30pm
