Caregiver - Personal Care - FT - Weekends Only - 6 AM- 6PM

About the role

In this role, you will assist residents in the Assisted Living Program with their daily activities, ensuring they live a fulfilling life while maintaining their dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Escort residents and document daily logs of assistance.
• Communicate resident needs and concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain residents' dignity and confidentiality.
• Work independently and handle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.
• Solve practical problems and manage stressful situations.
• Engage positively with residents and colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in senior care.
• Acceptable proficiency in English for job duties, communication, and emergencies.
• Basic computer skills required.
• CNA or CHHA license may be required based on state regulations.
• Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful personality.
• Ability to work collaboratively and handle multiple tasks.
• Capable of making independent decisions when necessary.
• Able to solve practical problems and manage stressful situations.
• Positive and friendly demeanor towards residents and colleagues.

Pay

$14 - $17.00 per hour.
