Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant

Join ComForCare Home Care of Paradise & North Las Vegas as we seek caring and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide compassionate, personalized care to our clients throughout the Las Vegas Valley. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments and community activities when needed.
• Monitor client well-being and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow client care plans.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Requirements

• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend shifts.
• Own vehicle and have insurance.
• Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check and a clear DMV driver’s record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• 2-step TB test in the last year.
• Physical in the last year.
• Occasionally required to lift up to 25-50 lbs.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
