Caregiver - PCP Broomfield

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal hygiene, activities of daily living, and medication reminding
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and organizing
• Run errands and transportation
• Companionship
• Transfers and assisting client with walking

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Reliable transportation (required)
• Clean CAPS background check (required)
• At least 18 years old (required)
• Paid training provided for all job duties (no prior caregiving experience required)
• Enjoys working in a one‑on‑one setting
• Eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
• Good oral and written English
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Experience working in the home health industry
• Dependable – more reliable than spontaneous
• People‑oriented – enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
• Adaptable/flexible – enjoys work that requires frequent shifts in direction
• Seeking stable and long‑term employment

Pay

• $30 hourly for specific Broomfield client
• $20 starting hourly wage for shifts longer than 3 hours
• $25 hourly wage for shifts under 3 hours

Schedule

• Weeknights and weekends available
• Weekdays: full‑time or part‑time positions open
• We work with your availability to provide regular and recurring care shifts
