Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
Respond promptly to residents' needs while maintaining their self-respect, dignity, safety, and confidentiality.
Report any observed or suspected changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests according to established safety standards.
Collaborate with co-workers and other departments to promote teamwork.

At least 18 years of age.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience preferred but not necessary; training provided for the right candidate.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
Written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.
