Caregiver part-time evening

About the role

Senior Helpers of Spokane provides one-on-one personal care to help our clients remain safe and independent in their home. We match your area of expertise and experience with the seniors you will care for.

Responsibilities

• Have fun and engaging conversations with your clients to build relationships
• Participate in your clients’ favorite hobbies (scrapbooking, gardening, games, etc.)
• Prep meals for your clients to enjoy
• Aid your clients with walking, dressing, and other daily activities of living (ADL’s)
• Show toileting reminders
• Report what activities were completed with your clients and provide updates on their physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior

• Caring and compassionate attitude
• Passionate about helping others
• Enjoy customer service and communicating with clients
• Interested in professional growth within a company

Requirements

• Ability to pass background checks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Current car insurance
• HCA & CNA applicants encouraged

Pay

Pay Range: $20-$24 Depends on experience / certification / tenure
