Caregiver Part-Time

About the role

Wage: $20.28 per hour
Schedule: Part-time evenings on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and every other weekend from 4pm-9pm

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well
• Create and maintain meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Lead with ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist with personal hygiene tasks
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Experience with communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, and time management
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behaviors
• A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
