Caregiver Part Time

Schedule & Pay

• Part‑time position
• Hours: Saturday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Pay rate: $9.00 per hour with opportunities for approved overtime
• Location: Plano, TX
• Current driver’s license with at least 1 year of unrestricted driving history required

Responsibilities

• Help people grow, learn, and live well through rewarding, person‑centered care
• Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Exercise ownership and trust to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants engage in the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

You’ll also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges and other complex needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, multi‑tasking, teamwork, and time‑management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
