Caregiver - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• 1-on-1 assistance with hands-on, non-medical activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, and dressing

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
• Available for 16+ hours per week during high-volume care hours (8 AM - 10 PM)
• Weekend availability preferred but not required
• Night shifts (8p-8a) available
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
• Valid Driver’s License, valid car insurance, and reliable transportation
• Pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
• Attend certification and orientation session at our Fayetteville office

Qualifications

• Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply
• Must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android
• Must complete any compliance, license, or registration required by federal, state, or local regulations

Benefits

• $13.25-16.25/hr - Bi-monthly (2x/month) & direct deposit
• Holidays shift rate at 1.5x your base rate
