About the role
Provide support in a supportive living environment for individuals in need of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor residents' health and safety needs, reporting issues to supervisors.
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship to residents.
- Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the facility.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR is beneficial.
