Caregiver - Part Time (10:30p-7a)

Caregiver Responsibilities

Afford assistance to residents with performing various activities, administering basic treatments, and addressing emotional health or problematic behaviors as outlined in their care plans.

Contribute to the creation and modification of care plans by communicating current resident needs and preferences to supervisors, alongside effective service methods.

Monitor and report any resident concerns to the Licensed Practical Nurse (if present), or the Medication Technician/Aide.

Participate in onboarding, annual, and in-service training sessions, as well as team meetings, as directed by the Wellness Director.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Show proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written
• Maintain any necessary certifications according to state or provincial regulations
• Meet any health-related requirements stipulated by state or province
