About the role
Provide care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities due to age, illness, or disability.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, and meal preparation
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to caregivers and family members
- Engage in social activities and provide companionship
- Ensure safety and security of residents at all times
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience in caregiving or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Passing background check and criminal history review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and moving
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR
