Caregiver - Overnights

At Almost Family, we believe that caregiving is more than just a job—it's a calling. We are currently looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join our team in Central Oregon to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Empowering Independence: Assist clients with daily routines, including gentle help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals.
• Attentive Advocacy: Monitor clients' well-being, document their progress, and ensure their health needs are always a top priority.
• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected.
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations.
• Home Comforts: Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly.
• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A compassionate heart (ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Pay

$20 - $22 per hour, paid biweekly.
