Job Description
Aid residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Show kindness, provide companionship, and offer emotional support.
Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment.
Respond promptly to call lights and address resident needs.
Share observations and updates with supervisors to refine care plans.
Collaborate effectively with a team of caregivers and medication technicians.
Shifts Details
- Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Overnight Differential: Higher pay for hours between 10 PM and 6:30 AM.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- A genuine love and respect for seniors.
- No prior senior care experience required – comprehensive training provided.
- Senior care experience is a plus.
