Provide one-on-one care to clients in the comfort of their home, allowing you to focus on personalized, compassionate care that makes a real difference. Unlike facility settings, you'll care for one client at a time, building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, one-on-one care to clients in their homes
- Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate and dedicated support
- Work independently and professionally in a home-based setting
- Travel throughout the service area to reach clients
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current HHA or CNA certification (preferred, if applicable)
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation
- CPR Certification
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Work Independently and Professionally
- Ability to Pass Background Screening and Drug Testing
