Responsibilities

• Drive seniors to appointments and church services
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Provide incontinence care management
• Perform light housekeeping
• Prepare healthy meals
• Offer medication reminders
• Ensure safety with memory care
• Assist with physical therapy exercises

Requirements

You must have a reliable car and be able to drive seniors to various locations. Organizational skills and effective communication are essential to support a collaborative care environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Experience in home health care or similar field preferred

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong organizational and time management skills
