About the role

Join TheKey as a Caregiver or Home Care Aide in Marin County. On-the-spot interviews, same-day offers for qualified candidates, and immediate openings for part-time (4–6 hour shifts, including weekends), full-time (8-hour shifts), and caregiver-driver roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients 1:1 inside their homes with personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing
• Provide transportation: drive clients to appointments, run errands, and handle grocery shopping
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, or other social and emotional support activities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• At least 18 years of age
• HCA Registration with the State of California (assistance provided upon hire)
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the U.S.

In accordance with California Health and Safety Code, TheKey requires fingerprint identification; conditional offers will be rescinded for convictions of non-exemptible crimes.

Pay

Highly competitive pay rates starting at $22 per hour, up to $25 per hour.
