About the role

Caregivers in this role help clients with daily activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation — while also providing the kind of consistent companionship that makes home care feel different from a facility. The work is part hands-on assistance and part relationship-building. You’ll learn each client’s preferences and routines and become a trusted part of their week.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities
• Provide personal care
• Maintain a safe environment
• Medication reminders
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming
• Safe mobility support and transfers
• Prepare meals, help with eating
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and emotional support
• Transportation to appointments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check clearance
• Reliable car
• Automobile insurance
• Valid driver’s license
