About the role
Touching Hearts caregiver team members are experienced Non-Medical Companion Caregivers, Care Partners, committed to enriching the lives of others. We provide non-medical companionship for clients in their homes to help them age in place. We do NOT require healthcare certification and are NOT required to provide hands-on care or other medical services. Our close-knit team assists with the services we offer, ensuring clients receive the highest quality care. This is a rewarding career for those who want to make a positive impact on clients and their families.
Shifts and availability
Shifts vary depending on client needs. Availability of 20–40 hours per week is needed to match Care Partners with clients. The more consistent and open availability you have, the more opportunities.

Requirements
- Personal OR professional experience: taking care of a loved one first-hand OR professional experience working as a Home Health Aide (HHA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or companion caregiver / homemaker.
- Commitment and compassion for providing quality care in our community.
- Valid Driver's License & your own insured vehicle to transport and accompany clients. Required to have a vehicle at every shift.
- Must have your own reliable cell phone and daily access to the internet, email, and texting.
- Minimum availability of 20 working hours per week; shifts available up to 40 hours a week.
- Willingness to travel a work commute up to 20 miles to and from the client's home.
- The ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- We complete a criminal background and driving record check before hiring and we are a drug-free workplace.
- No certification required!
Pay
$18.80 per hour
