Caregiver - Nights and Weekends

We are currently looking for compassionate, driven individuals to join our team in Bend to provide essential personal care and heartfelt companionship directly in our clients' homes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: $20 - $22 per hour, paid biweekly

Responsibilities

• Empowering Independence: Assist clients with daily routines, including help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and preparing nutritious, home-cooked meals
• Attentive Advocacy: Monitor clients' well-being, document their progress, and ensure their health needs are a top priority
• Creating a Sanctuary: Foster a warm, safe, and organized living space where clients feel secure and respected
• Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety policies and regulations
• Home Comforts: Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to keep the home running smoothly
• Out & About: Safely escort and transport clients to medical appointments and important errands, helping them stay connected to their community

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate heart, ideally with one year of experience caring for seniors or those with disabilities
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
