Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team serving older adults in the Greenwood Village area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities.
Client Care
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Assistance with errands and shopping
- Bathing & showering
- Dressing and grooming (shaving with an electric razor, skin care, oral care)
- Assistance with ambulation and transfers
- Assistance with toileting
- Encourage exercise, reminders for prescribed exercises
- Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance
- Dementia & Alzheimer's care
Requirements
- Previous care giving experience (Some experience with seizures will be helpful)
- A passion for care giving and a wish to help others
- Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care
- Respect, patience, empathy, and kindness
- 18+ years of age
