About the Role
We are hiring caregivers in Aberdeen, Elma, Montesano, Ocean Shores, Gray's, and Pacific County. All new hires can expect part-time hours until full-time schedules are established, which may take 1 to 2 weeks.
- Weekend availability – shifts starting as early as 7am and ending as late as 6pm
- Bilingual caregivers (Spanish-speaking preferred)
- Part-time client in the Moclips area (~19 hours per week)
- Split and stack shifts with paid drive time between shifts at $21.65 for travel time (e.g., 8am–12pm and 4pm–6pm)
- Swing shifts (as late as 11pm)
- Open to commute up to 40 minutes to client location
- HCA or CNA preferred (we offer HCA training)
Pay
Pay ranges from $20.00 to $26.50 per hour, depending on client and shift.

Responsibilities
Our caregivers support clients in activities of daily living, such as:
- Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
- Cooking and/or serving meals
- Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
- Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
- Driving clients to the store or appointments (as needed)
- Monitoring and reporting on their condition
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs and up to 50 lbs rarely
- Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and clean driving record
- Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
