Caregiver-Memory Care-Ful Time

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and continence.
• Respond promptly to residents' needs while respecting their self-respect, dignity, safety, and privacy.
• Report any observed or suspected changes in residents' condition to a supervisor immediately.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to established safety standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to promote teamwork and effective communication.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred but not required; training provided to the right candidate.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.

Qualifications

• Must possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families.
• Must be able to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including a physical and TB test.
• Must be willing to comply with Oakmont Management Group's policies regarding vaccinations, daily screenings, surveillance testing, face coverings, and PPE.
