Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, mobility, and toileting.
• Distinguish yourself by being a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
• Work with older adults in a health care setting, with a preference for those with geriatric mental health experience.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed NAC or HCA.
• Starting wages range from $19.50/hr to $22.50/hr based on years of experience.
• Earn a monthly attendance bonus.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completed a state certified NAC or HCA course.
• Current Washington State NAC or HCA qualifications.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• WA Food Worker Card.
• Pass a criminal background check.

• Ability to work occasional weekend and/or holiday shifts.
• Flexible work schedule and life balance.
• Occasional weekends off.
