About the role
We are seeking a Senior Living Caregiver to support our residents within the beautiful Merrill Gardens at Green Valley Ranch community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with seniors and dedicated to ensuring each resident feels valued and dignified.
Responsibilities
- Aid residents with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, meals, laundry, and general care.
- Manage medication as allowed by the state and complete daily progress reports of services provided.
- Complete progress reports for Assisted Living and Garden House residents daily or more often as needed (chart by exception).
Requirements
- Current caregiver training/certification as specified by state agency or the ability to obtain.
- CNA license or two years previous experience as a caregiver.
- The ability to obtain first aid/CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 75 lbs, and assisting with resident care.
- Regular bending, reaching, and physical movement throughout the workday.
