About the role
San Juan Villa, located in Port Townsend, WA, is seeking Caregivers or Medication Aides.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents in a homelike environment.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of living areas.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other care staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Prior experience with seniors or in assisted living environments is preferred.
