Caregiver Manager - Home Care

This is an on-site position in our Emporia, VA office. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge on recruitment strategy—from job fairs to referral networks, you'll be everywhere caregivers are.
• Spot talent fast—screen, interview, and onboard candidates who embody our values of Compassion, Attitude, Respect, and Excellence.
• Keep the team thriving—launch recognition programs, track turnover, and design retention strategies that keep caregivers engaged.
• Be the culture champion—deliver warm, inspiring orientations that make every new hire feel like family.
• Own compliance & HR essentials—maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready.
• Stay agile—jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy).
• High school diploma or GED (bonus points for healthcare or customer service experience).
• Sharp communication skills—verbal and written.
