About the role
The Community Support Manager (CSM) oversees caregiver management services, ensuring high-quality care and support for individuals in need. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of caregiving needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage a team of caregivers to ensure they provide top-notch care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance caregiver satisfaction and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers.
- Collaborate with other departments to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as social work, healthcare administration, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in caregiving management or related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of caregiving principles and best practices.
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
