Caregiver Manager

About the role

The Community Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing caregiver management and ensuring high-quality care services are provided to clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee caregiver management and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage client relationships, providing support and guidance to caregivers and clients.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers.
• Develop and implement training programs for caregivers.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of experience in caregiving or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
