About the role
The Community Support Manager (CSM) is responsible for overseeing caregiver management and ensuring high-quality care services are provided to clients.
Responsibilities
- Oversee caregiver management and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Manage client relationships, providing support and guidance to caregivers and clients.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to caregivers.
- Develop and implement training programs for caregivers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in caregiving or related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
