About the role

You will provide care for individuals in need across various settings such as nursing homes, hospitals, and home care. Your responsibilities include monitoring clients' health, recognizing changes, and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals about treatment plans. You will confidently perform nursing tasks to ensure clients feel safe and secure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the health of clients and recognize changes in their condition
• Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals regarding treatment plans
• Perform verpleegtechnische handelingen (nursing tasks) with confidence
• Ensure clients feel safe and secure in their care environment

Requirements

• Diploma Verzorgende IG (level 3)
• Willingness to obtain a Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG, Certificate of Conduct)
• Affinity with community-based home care and nursing and care homes (V&V-huizen)
