About the role

Responsibilities
- Drive seniors to appointments, meetings, and church services
- Absorb and provide assistance with bathing and grooming
- Manage incontinence care with dignity
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to reduce stress in the home
- Prepare meals to ensure seniors stay healthy
- Remind clients about their medications to prevent hospital readmissions
- Ensure memory care safety to keep seniors safe
- Assist with physical therapy exercises as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable car
- Genuine enjoyment of older adults and a heart for seniors
Qualifications
- Experience with caregiving is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of senior health and wellness
