Schedule

• Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
• 10:00am–2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Encouraging daily eating, hydration, and skin care
• Applying ointment/treatments to the client's feet
• Assisting with ambulation, walking, and chair exercises
• Providing memory care (reorientation, puzzles, reading)
• Updating the calendar and giving appointment reminders
• Assisting with dinner preparation and meal planning
• Light housekeeping, cleaning the bathroom, and managing the refrigerator/shopping lists
• Washing and changing bed linens (must be put away by Friday's end of shift)

Requirements

• Dementia experience is a plus (not a strict requirement)
• Valid Driver’s License and Social Security Card
• Active CNA license for CNAs (state-specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Recent negative TB test result
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely
• Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication
• Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy
