Qualifications And Skills
- Prefer 1,000 hours of long-term care with geriatric or chronically ill persons
- Exceptions for recently licensed Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Aids (PCA), those caring for a family member, or persons who will only provide companionship and housekeeping services
- Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position
- Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must have proof of valid driver's license and automobile insurance
- Must pass criminal background check (national and any required by state) and drug screen
- This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position and subject to applicable state and federal regulations
