CAREGIVER IN HOME CARE

We are hiring In-Home CareGivers to provide quality in-home care and develop enriching, meaningful relationships with our clients. Our clients often require assistance with activities of daily living but also need help staying connected with the outside world through social activities, appointments, and errands.

Responsibilities

• Foster in-depth, connected relationships within the home care environment
• Use our CareGiver mobile app to track work schedule, shift responsibilities, and communicate with the office
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, maintain their home environment, and keep them engaged with the outside world

Requirements

• Home Care Aide Registry (HCA) – we can assist with this process if needed
• Complete employment verification and professional reference screening with satisfactory results
• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, community living, or skilled nursing facility
• TB screening or clear chest X-ray
• Able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the care team
• Available to work between 10-40 hours per week, including some weekends
• Reliable transportation to travel to different clients throughout the week, including weekends
• Able to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds and use tools necessary for the job
