Requirements

• Have valid (HHA) Home Health Aide or (PCA) Personal Care Aide Certificate
• Current Photo ID & Social Security card
• Drug screen (last 6 months)
• Complete physical (within the last 6 months)
• 2 reference letters (Personal or Professional)

Responsibilities

• Assists home care agency's patients in Brooklyn, NY by providing personal services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Social Interaction
• Report any changes in the patient’s condition or incidents to RN Supervisor or therapist.
