About the Role

Provide companionship and personal care to seniors in the community, supporting their independence and dignity while building meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
• Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Drive to client homes and maintain consistent schedules
• Deliver care tailored to individual client needs
• Work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic English skills
• Minimum of three professional references
• Willingness to work multiple shifts with the same client
• Completion of required compliance steps
• Must work at least two weekly visits and be in good standing to qualify for wage increases

Bilingual candidates are encouraged.

Benefits & Compensation

• $15.00–$16.00/hr starting pay, with weekend shift premiums
