About the role
Caregivers at Home Instead provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to seniors, assisting with various daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and caregiving.
- Aid in meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide personal care services such as grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certification as a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
- Reliable transportation to and from clients (preferred but not required).
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
