Caregiver - Immediate Openings

About the role

Caregivers with Home Instead provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to seniors. Duties include meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care services, and fostering relationships.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and caregiving
• Aid in meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services such as grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family)
• Or be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN)
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Pay

$17.00-$18.50/hr
