About the role

Looking for steady, meaningful work as a caregiver in Prescott? At Home Instead, our in home caregivers help older adults live safely and comfortably in their own homes. This is one-on-one care with consistent clients, reliable schedules, and a team that supports you every step of the way.

Pay & Benefits

Pay is $16.50-$19.00/hr based on location and client needs. Benefits include:

• $17.00–$19.00 per hour, paid weekly
• Direct deposit
• $700 caregiver referral bonus

Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will:

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Support daily routines and independence at home

Requirements

We are looking for caregivers who:

• Have a minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Are willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Are able to complete required compliance or licensing steps

Schedule

Shift lengths vary and include 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 hours. Locations include Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Cottonwood, and Sedona.
