Caregiver - Immediate Openings

About the role

As a Caregiver with Home Instead, you’ll have a dedicated team behind you every step of the way. Our tools and training help you focus on what matters most—caring for seniors. You’ll be driving to clients’ homes in the Dallas area, so a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle are required. Urgently hiring for caregivers who are comfortable with cats and/or dogs in the home.

Pay

• $14.50–$15.50/hr with weekly pay and direct deposit
• $700 caregiver referral program
• Mileage reimbursement (in-visit travel and between same-day visits)
• Paid holidays at 1.5x your rate

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN
• Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
• Minimum of two professional references
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
