Caregiver - Immediate Openings

About the role

Caregivers at Home Instead provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to seniors, assisting with daily activities and fostering meaningful relationships.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and caregiving.
• Aid in meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services such as grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family).
• Must be a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Registered Nurse (RN).
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.

Pay

$17.00-$18.50/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit

Schedule

Flexible schedule with options to work part-time or full-time.
