About the role

Guardian Angel Senior Services, a family-owned business for 22 years, is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Caregivers to join our growing team. We serve Brighton, Allston, Brookline, Jamaica Plain, Roxbury, Dorchester, Newton, South Boston, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Support clients with mobility and medication reminders
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred (training provided)
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

Schedule

• Full-time and part-time shifts available
• Flexible hours: days, evenings, nights, and weekends
