About the role
Provides various personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care. Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepares meals and special diets. Performs general housekeeping activities. Provides transportation assistance to and from activities. Provides compassionate companionship to patients. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Eighteen years of age or older
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Ability to work independently
