Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) - South Shore

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, meal preparation, and support with daily routines in clients’ homes.
• Work across the South Shore (Hingham, Weymouth, Dedham, Canton and surrounding areas) on visits long enough to build real relationships.
• Follow detailed care plans developed by Tribute’s care team to ensure clients feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.
• Build lasting relationships with a small number of clients over time.

Requirements

• CNA, HHA, or professional caregiving experience.
• Comfort with long visits, days, or awake overnights.
• Weekend availability of at least one day per week.
• Reliable transportation.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay

$22.50 per hour, with overtime opportunities.
