Caregiver / Home Health Aide / CNA

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities including housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide companionship and personal hygiene care
• Assist with transportation needs
• Perform other light duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Eighteen years of age or older
• Valid Driver’s License
• Six months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)
• Certification or successful completion of HHA Competency Test (Given by AWC)
• Current CPR Certification Level 2
• TB Clearance Per State Regulations
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work responsibly with confidential information
• Accountable, reliable, and good judgment
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check

At All Ways Caring HomeCare, Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care to clients in their homes. Responsibilities align with the needs of our clients, which may include housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, personal hygiene care, transportation assistance, and other light duties.

Requirements

This position requires an individual who is eighteen years of age or older, holds a valid driver's license, has six months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial), and has completed a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification or successfully passed the HHA competency test provided by All Ways Caring HomeCare. Additionally, candidates must have current CPR certification, TB clearance per state regulations, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. A successful completion of a pre-employment background check is also required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is USD $15.00 per hour.
