Caregiver / Home Health Aide

The role of a Caregiver at Interim HealthCare offers flexibility and work-life balance. This position is ideal for those seeking to manage their schedules while providing valuable support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes
• Create and assist with a customized personal care service plan for each client
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and transportation
• Help with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Remind clients about medications and document their condition
• Ensure a safe home environment and remove obstructions
• Engage clients in activities that bring them joy

Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent)
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification
• A valid Arizona driver's license, auto insurance, and transportation
• A compassionate and helpful nature, good communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
