Caregiver / Home Health Aide

Job Summary

Compensation & Benefits

The Caregiver position offers an hourly wage of $16.50 to $17.50, with comprehensive benefits including vision/dental, sick time, EAP, 401K, tuition discounts, and online training.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day personal care such as eating, bathing, dressing, and other tasks
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Help manage medications and perform light housekeeping tasks
• Monitor and observe client needs and assist with activities of daily living
• Aid in meal preparation and feeding
• Promote client mental alertness through activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 6 months of caregiver experience, preferred
• CPR/First Aid certified
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Fingerprint card, preferred
