What You'll Do:
- Offer in-home support and companionship to older adults, helping create a safe and comfortable environment
- Aid clients with daily personal care while encouraging their overall physical, emotional, and social wellness
- Promote independence by supporting clients in maintaining their routines and abilities
- Oversee individual care needs and help ensure services are delivered consistently and effectively
- Work closely with the office team to build and adjust customized care plans for each client
- Balance time between non-medical companionship duties and hands-on care services
What You'll Need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working with seniors required
- Valid driver's license, with a good driving record and auto insurance
- Must own or have access to a personal vehicle to transport yourself and clients as needed
